    • Development of a 6ha Crystal Lagon including supporting amenities
    • Canopi Hotel comprising 40 luxury tents
    • Eastern Arrival comprising F&B facilites and amenties for the Canopi Hotel
    • Refurbishment of an existing building into an Aesthetic Centre
  • Treasure Bay @ Bintan, Northern Precinct - Project Duration January 2013 – December 2015
    • A Wellness and Health Hub comprising the following development:-
    • Infrastructure works over 20 ha - site clearance, earthwork, drainage, roads, water supply, street lightning, underground telecommunication piping, electrical supply and required ancillary buildings and dredging works
    • Development of a 6ha Crystal Lagon including supporting amenities
  • YNC-NUS College – Project Management of Construction Phase (GFA=47,000m2 and CFA=65,500m2 ) - Project Duration: 2012 – 2015, the development comprises the following:-
  • Residential College 1- 321 Students suites , 39 Faculty Offices, 7 Faculty Apartments, 6 Classrooms, 1 Lecture Theatre
